A DECISION YOUR TEAM CAN USE

Useful evidence. A reviewed pricing pack.

For HR and People teams, hiring managers and compensation consultants who need to explain the range behind an offer or pay-planning decision.

Match the work, not just the title.

Review responsibilities, seniority and location before selecting a benchmark. A similar title can describe very different work.

See what the evidence supports.

Actual-pay and TC statistics, offered-wage filings and advertised job ranges stay distinct. The worksheet shows coverage, dates, units and unknown components.

Take a proposal into the discussion.

Receive a reviewed worksheet, an executive summary and one review discussion. Proposed pay bands are included where evidence supports them.

COVERAGE COMES FIRST

A clear scope before a commitment.

  1. 01

    Tell us the decision.

Share your roles, US hiring markets and the question you need to answer. Role descriptions help us assess fit.

  2. 02

    Review the available coverage.

We assess role matches, evidence quality and permitted use. Scope, timing and price are agreed before pilot activation.

  3. 03

    Work through the pricing pack.

Explore the agreed evidence, review proposed bands and use a worksheet your team can revisit. Gaps remain visible.

Market evidence needs context.

A market statistic is not your company’s pay policy. Choose a target position and range with your team; a benchmark is one input to that decision.

How we handle compensation evidence
  • Unknown stays unknown. Base pay alone does not establish bonus, annual equity or total compensation.
  • Access has an agreed scope. Pilot access can include analyst exploration, saved cohorts and approved aggregate exports. Commercial reuse is reviewed before agreement.
  • Private contributions stay private. Contributor identities, proof documents and raw private worker reports are excluded from employer products.
START WITH YOUR ROLES

Is there enough evidence for your decision?

Request a coverage review. Include the roles and locations that matter, and tell us what would make the output useful to your team.

REQUEST A COVERAGE REVIEW

Tell us the roles you need to price.

We will review coverage and the permitted scope before agreeing access, timing or price.

Shape the coverage review

Tell us what the evidence should help you decide. These choices do not confirm that the requested pay components are available.

Bring a scope brief to your team.

Download the roles, markets and decision you entered. Your name and email fields are excluded. Review scope notes before sharing the planning brief.

This saves a private request for review. No charge, subscription or automatic email. Privacy

Before you request a pilot.

Do you have data for every role and industry?

Coverage varies by role, employer, location and pay type. We check the markets you need before agreeing a pilot. A wider industry directory does not imply complete salary evidence for every company or job.

Will my request trigger a payment or an email?

Your request is saved for review. It does not trigger a charge, recurring subscription or automatic email. Any follow-up and pilot activation are handled after review.

Can we submit a job or discuss a partnership?

Submit a pay-transparent job for publication review, or choose a partnership interest in the form. Candidate reach and paid advertising results are not promised.

Is salary research still free?

Yes. Public salary exploration is free. The employer pilot adds scoped assistance, a reviewed pricing pack and agreed workspace access.
