Oversee a team of finance professionals who design complex financial models for evaluating new products or features, measure and report on business performance by creating key performance indicators, and develop financial forecasts and report actual financial performance against those plans. Identify and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the health of this business. Evaluate new products and new features of current products and determine their financial impact. Partner with the Business Development team and Business executives to evaluate new business proposals and build related models. Partner with and earn the trust of business executives. Hire and develop a team of finance professionals. 40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $157,582/year to $207,000/year. Amazon is a total compensation company.
